I had an allergic reaction to antibiotics and rang 111 during the evening. After a wee wait, I spoke to a very helpful lady on the Medications desk who asked lots of relevant questions about what had happened. She said she'd speak to a doctor who'd ring me back. I quickly got a call from the Dr who asked me if I could send pictures of the rash to her, and gave me the appropriate e-mail address to do so. After further discussion, she arranged for a prescription to be available for collection at the Out of Hours desk in A&E at Perth Royal Infirmary. Collected it about 10pm. Brilliant.
