"We are very very lucky to have her attention"

About: Portsmouth and South East Division / Community Therapies – Havant, Hayling and Waterlooville

(as the patient),

My wife is in her 80s and is beginning to require support. For the first time we met your apprentice, Shannon, who impressed us no end with her her knowledge and attentiveness and subsequent extradition of one item order, namely a bath board which was fitted very shortly after her meeting with us.

Fortunately we have our son living with us because when my wife and I were out shopping the day after our meeting, on our return it was incredible to find that someone had arrived and fitted the bathboard. How can we not be impressed with her performance especially when there are other items on the agenda. We are very very lucky to have her attention.
