"Excellent team"

About: Maternity care / Maternity Admission/Assessment Unit

(as a service user),

I attended Craigavon assessment unit as I required an anti D injection after a knock to my bump. The unit was very busy all evening but when I was seen the midwives (Peggy & Maeve) and Dr (Victoria) were reassuring and caring. The midwives and Dr were trying to get used to the new Encompass system and I waited longer than usual for the anti D injection, but Peggy in particular was very caring and got me tea & toast due to the long wait and everyone was very apologetic. Excellent team who were trying to get used to a new system on top of their already stressful jobs, keep up the good work!

Hi user bravomy77 thank you for such valuable feedback.

It is great to hear from your perspective and understanding to our new encompass system and how your experience was heightened by the sheer dedication and kindness of our staff. I will personally share this wonderful feedback to all involved.

I hope you have recovered well following your injury and I am hopeful your path will cross with Meabh or Peggy again in different circumstances.

Thank You

Sinead Campbell

MLU Sister.
