"5 star team"

About: Queen Victoria Hospital (East Grinstead) / Minor Injuries Unit

(as the patient),

I managed to repair my fridge but in the process of doing this I cut my finger severely.  Turning up at QVH in East Grinstead I went to reception as I had no idea where to go - the lady on duty smiled and immediately directed me to building 26 - That's where all the fingers go! she laughed.

I was then greeted ( wow !! ) at building 26. For the rest of the day I encountered the same consistent vibe of politeness underpinning professionalism from every part of the team. I could even bunk off for a bite and a coffee - would be called when needed. I don't recommend cutting your finger but QVH I can - a quite extraordinary day - 5 star team.

Thank you Ian360,

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience and I am very pleased to hear it was a positive one.

I have passed on your comments to the team at building 26 and I know they are very happy to receive it.

I hope that you are recovering well.

Kind regards
Chris
