"All the staff were kind and helpful"

About: The Ulster Hospital / Dietetics The Ulster Hospital / Short Stay Paediatric Assessment Unit (SSPAU)

(as a parent/guardian),

My son was referred to SSPAU by GP with faltering growth, and we were seen within a couple of days. We had early input from Jenny, specialist paediatric dietician. She was incredibly reassuring, and provided very timely and detailed follow-up. We also received excellent care from Dr Harris, including assessment for and division of tongue tie. All the staff in SSPAU and in paediatric outpatients, from students to senior staff, were kind and helpful, and were clearly passionate about providing excellent care.
