"Great vending machine, nothing else. "

About: The Tunbridge Wells Hospital

Entry, counter staff and the triage nurse were unsympathetic, unhelpful and miserable, not caring about our needs. Despite concerns with our unborn baby, and an obvious requirement for an ultrasound, we waited over 3 hours to be told there was no equipment for this on the weekend. We drove to London and she was in an out with an ultrsound in less than 45 minutes.

The only good thing about our A&E experience was a plentiful vending and coffee machine.
