"Excellent care"

I would like to share my very positive experience with the NHS service at Hilly Fields Medical Centre. I recently had surgery that left me with an open wound, which requires daily dressing changes. At first, I was extremely anxious and scared about this process, especially after a disappointing and painful experience at another urgent care center.

However, my experience at Hilly Fields has been completely different, and I’m incredibly grateful for the nurse who has been treating me. From my first appointment, I explained my anxiety and the pain I had previously experienced. The nurse listened with genuine care and took my concerns seriously. She was extremely gentle and made sure I was comfortable throughout the dressing change. She reassured me that she would stop at any point if I felt any discomfort and continuously checked in with me, which made a huge difference.

She also took the time to answer all the questions that both I and my friend had, and her responses gave me confidence that I would heal well. Thanks to her kind, professional care, I felt much more at ease—and to my surprise and relief, I hardly felt any pain during the process.

At my second visit today, I was thrilled to hear that my wound is beginning to heal properly and is starting to close. This progress means so much to me, and I believe her encouragement and gentle approach have played a big role in this improvement. Her positivity and support have helped me feel hopeful and reassured.

I will continue booking my appointments with her and feel very lucky to be under her care. I would highly recommend Hilly Fields Medical Centre, especially for anyone who needs attentive and compassionate care like I received. Thank you very much for the excellent service.
