"Podiatry, ingrown nails"

About: Dundee Community Podiatry

(as a service user),

I recently had both 1sts bilateral done at Broughty Ferry clinic podiatry, (both sides of both big toes were in growing and I had ingrown bits taken off but left main part of nails intact) it's my third week since op and although it looks sore I have felt very little pain, as soon as I felt the least bit of pain I rinsed in warm salted water, just follow instructions and you won't have any problems.

Thank you for taking the time to give feedback on your recent experience of our nail surgery service. I am glad that by following the instructions you were given it has helped to minimise any pain that you have felt. As a department we feel it is of the utmost importance to provide as much information as possible both verbally and written so that patients are well equipped to self manage after their surgery. I wish you well for your continual recovery.
