"Every member of staff was fantastic"

About: Queen Margaret Hospital / Urology

(as the patient),

I attended Queen Margaret hospital Urology Dept and had biopsy procedures undertaken.

From point of arrival, throughout the procedure and up until 'release' every member of staff was fantastic. Kept fully informed  about process from start to finish and given advice what to do if any issues at conclusion of appointment.

I've been very fortunate through my 75+years not to have required hospital treatment but will finish by saying that all staff from reception through nurses up to consultants deserve every penny they're paid.

Thankyou to everyone involved in my treatment.

I am delighted to hear you had such a positive experience and that all staff involved helped to make this a positive experience.

I am also very happy to hear how you were kept fully informed throughout your time with us and also provided advice on what to do should you have any issues afterwards.

As a team it is very important to us that we try to make every patient experience a positive one and that we provide high quality care.
