"Speed and care"

About: St Andrews Community Hospital / Urgent Care Centre

(as the patient),

After suffering from chest pains, nausea and shortness of breath (which I later found out was a heart attack!) I was rushed to the St Andrews Community Hospital. The speed and care with which I was treated by Kathryn and Stacey cannot be more positively described.

I was stabilised, brought back to full consciousness, administered medication and even had an ECG done in what I can only call record-time. When I gained consciousness, I genuinely saw these 2 lovely nurses, in purple uniform-tops, looking truly like "Purple Angels". I was so grateful that I was able to say that, and even get to share a laugh.

I have no doubt that Stacey and Kathryn saved my life that day, and will remain eternally grateful.

Thank you, Thank you, Thank you - I am blessed that you were on duty in my critical time of need. I wish you blessings, and the highest accolades.

Dear RavinSa,

Thank you for taking the time to feedback to us. I hope you are recovering well after what must have been a frightening time. Stacey and Kathryn are two of our senior ANPs and I am sure they will be delighted to hear your feedback after attending our centre. I will share your feedback with them and the wider team.

Wishing you well in your continued recovery,
