The person I'm leaving these comments on behalf of had a delivery of a seat pad and steps, to help with getting into the bath.
Unfortunately, only 1 tier of the steps has been delivered and 2 more tiers are needed. I was there when this was assessed and discussed before, so would it be possible to send out the rest of the steps?
There was also a discussion about getting medication boxes from GP surgery. The person's medication runs out in 5 days time, so this is needed soon. I know there may have been a potential cost to the surgery, and I don't know if this has been decided on or not.
