It’s a nightmare if you need to seen by a nurse at this clinic.

Absolutely terrible experience. Took my 1-year-old for her immunisation and ended up waiting over an hour with no updates from staff. My baby was crying, tired, and really distressed from sitting there so long. Still didn’t get seen and was told it could be another hour—so we had to leave without her getting the jab.

Honestly shocking how little care or communication there was. Feels like they have no respect for people’s time or wellbeing. Worst GP experience I’ve ever had.
