My son needed play therapy for his blood test. Rachel was absolutely incredible, both me and my children instantly connected with Rachel. If we ever need to go back it would be Rachel we would need. She's lovely, fantastic and so good with the children. We will all miss her.

Rachel will be delighted to read your feedback and it will be very much appreciated. We agree Rachel is incredible and works hard to make procedures such as blood tests easier for patients to cope with.
