"Bad Experience with a normally Great Practice"

A few weeks a go I was diagnosed with Gout and was prescribed Prednisolone which cleared the gout up but due to bank holidays the next part of the treatment get getting missed. The gout has since moved into my knee cap and has cleared up and I am ready for the treatment that will stop the gout returning. The receptionist I spoke to today was obstructive and unhelpful. If the gout returns I will then have to start the whole process again.
