(as a service user),

I am based in London and I was in Glasgow for work.

I started experiencing extremely strong pain in my tooth.

I was refereed to the Royal Alexander Hospital in Paisley for an emergency appointment. 

I was attended right on time by Doctor Michael and Nurse Lauren.

They were both very sensitive to how I felt, clear in what the procedure needed to be and extremely kind.

They did an amazing job and I felt so much better.

Firstly, I was very sorry to hear about your recent toothache and understanding how challenging this can be especially when not close by to your registered dentist.
