"Lack of interest from practice manager"

I have been in several times and asked to speak with the manager. She is always too busy when i drop by yet she has not rung me back when I have left my phone number

The service is declining. They used to have some great staff but they all seem to be leaving or have left. There used to be a bloke on reception. He was always friendly and helpful and nothing was too much buy since he has gone it's just new people who have no idea what they are doing

It's such a shame that the manager doesn't care but perhaps that tells the story
