"Pointless GP Surgery "

I don't know how this practice is still operating with the system they currently have in place. It is impossible to make an appointment. They just don't seem to care. Trying to make an appointment online directs you to something totally different. No I don't want a blood test, blood pressure or smear test (male). All I wanted to do was make an appointment for abnormal growths to have them looked at! Not asking a lot and 5 minutes of their time would be all that was needed. They used to be nice down there. I often do wonder at times what has happened to the place. Reopen the telephone lines like the good old fashioned way so people can access the services they require. I am in my 40s and haven't a clue how to book, nevermind the older generations struggling. It's a sorry state of affairs at Longrigg, unfortunately. Get your act together please.
