I have tried calling on numerous occasions to get appointments for treatment. Every time I call I get told to call back the following morning at 8am or to use the Econsult form- which is always full and can never do. Was also told that if an emergency to call 111 where they can make an appointment with a GP on my behalf . Even trying to make a routine appointment was told by reception that they don’t do these anymore and the only way to get an appointment is to either use Econsult or call at 8am. This used to be such a great surgery pre Covid. Since then I feel everything has gone down hill. It’s such a shame that people’s health should suffer and deteriorate due to this shambolic system that clearly doesn’t work. You need to go back to the regular system that worked well! Shame on all that work at the surgery including the GP’s
