"They helped me some of my worst times"

This is my second time seeing Kerry the first time was a couple of years ago over a very bad betrayal from my mother and dealing with chronic pain. Kerry pulled me through, showed me I could live without my mum and could have a life with the pain.

This year I needed help again as the pain had become that bad I was unable to work and my life had become the same 4 walls. My marriage was also struggling. First of all it was so nice to have Kerry again as I didn’t need to explain all my past which ment we could get straight down to the current problems. For the first 6-8 sessions the pain was extreme so it was hard to do much about that other than being able to talk about it. What Kerry did work on is my self worth, my belief in myself as a person, a mother, a friend and a wife. In April I had radiation ablation injections in my spine and they have been successful. The pain has reduced by 80%, Kerry has helped me to see much clearer my future, she has got me to a point where I feel mentally strong. She has helped me come to terms with the fact my back will continue to deteriorate but if I forward plan I can support myself and my boys when my health gets worse again. She has made me feel so strong that if my marriage doesn’t work I know I will be ok and that feels very empowering.

I know Kerry has left that job now but she truly did help me through some of the worst times in my life where I wasn’t sure I could go on.
