"Did not convey a professional manner"

About: Queen Elizabeth University Hospital Glasgow / Accident & Emergency

(as a relative),

Mum had a recent fall and was admitted to the QEUH A&E department.

Long waits and I felt the staff we saw were uncaring, especially from a senior staff member. This particular person was abrupt, had no compassion and did not convey a professional manner. Also overheard this staff member talk about other patients in a negative way in the A&E department.
