"Kindness, care & professionalism"

About: Queen Elizabeth University Hospital Glasgow / Orthopaedics (Wards 10a, 10b, 10c &10d)

(as the patient),

I cannot thank the staff of Ward 10A at QEUH enough.  It was my turn to be the patient.  I am nursing myself. The care I received from every member of staff was born out of kindness, care & professionalism.

Everyone was very attentive to my needs were just so kind.

It made a massive difference to me at the very early stages of my Total Knee Replacement.

The staff would perform observations but outwith this they would pop their heads in and check if everything was OK .

They would check your rooms and bedside table making it a very clean and safe environment.

Everyone in the AHP team played a massive role , of that I’m extremely grateful.

Ward 10A are a massive credit to QEUH..

Thank you all so very much
