About: University Hospital Hairmyres / Cardiology

(as a relative),

On behalf of my elderly mother who attended the Department of Medical Cardiology, university hospital Hairmyres.  She was very nervous about having her heart checked and particularly concerned about getting undressed in front of a male doctor. This was quickly forgotten about and she was put at ease and felt very comfortable and relaxed with the professional and friendly attitude of Paul. He built a great rapport with her whilst doing a thorough examination.

It can be a worrying time attending hospital for such an important test and I am delighted that your mother was reassured and felt at ease with Paul. Having a friendly and approachable attitude makes such a difference to the patients experience and I am so glad that your mother found this with Paul.
