"Great Practice - exceptional staff "

I have had to use the practice over the last 6 months more than usual due to some health challenges. Last visit I have been totally amazed by the kindness, dedication and care from every member of staff I have come across. The reception team have been so helpful, the nursing team have brought me to tears with just how kind they have been and positive.... My Dr I have seen has had all the time in the world for me and genuinely cared for me. I have never had such first class treatment in primary care. On top of this the practice manager has sorted admin challenges out and gone above and beyond. I ended up on my last visit having to go to hospital but this was the right thing.

I feel so lucky to be at this practice, the staff are the best, what a team. The team always say ‘You know where we are, don’t feel stuck’ I used to shy away from busy GP practices thinking I was time wasting, I now feel like I am addressing my health needs due to the positive team at Stewart Medical Practice.
