"The Worst Surgery I have ever been a patient of!"

I feel that The Waterfield Practice have put my life consistently at risk over several months, by making it as difficult as possible to get my Medication! (Including Diabetes, and High Blood Pressure Meds). They put all my Monthly Meds on a Weekly Dispensing (without asking me), and just lie to me about it, when I try and talk to them about it, and whenever I go to the Pharmacy they either don't have any Medication for me, or just have 7 days worth of some, or more of another!

It is my honest opinion that this Surgery don't care what happens to you, when you mention a one off single GP appointment to the Practice Manager!

I have chest pains due to high blood pressure, and feel gravely ill writing this because of not getting my Blood Pressure and Diabetes medications properly!

And I deeply wish that had never even heard of this Practice!
