Fabulous service from Lorraine and Catherine. As an NHS employee myself I felt very proud of the quick, efficient and caring service I received. Lorraine was very compassionate and checked on me throughout and Catherine quickly checked my symptoms and arranged appropriate follow up care. Thanks so much.

I was sorry to learn you had cause to contact 111, however it is fantastic to hear you received such an efficient service and that the staff members you spoke with were so caring and compassionate.

It is great to hear of your positive patient journey and I’m delighted that your onward care was arranged.
