(as a relative),

Would like to acknowledge the care my dad received during a recent visit to A&E that resulted in a stay in Ward 103 at ARI.

During his time in A&E and Ward 103 he encountered many staff, sorry can’t remember everyone’s names but do remember Brooke, Calvin and in particular Mel who helped with following up on results and communicated with me to organise his discharge home.

During his stay he felt well looked after and appreciated the care he received from every member of staff from Domestics to Consultants. Many thanks
