About: University Hospital Hairmyres / Cardiac Catherterisation University Hospital Hairmyres / Cardiology

(as the patient),

Dear Coronary Catheterisation , Ward 4 & 9 & porters at University Hospital Hairmyers

I want to express my deepest gratitude to all of you for the outstanding care and support you provided during my time in University Hospital Hairmyers . Your expertise, attentiveness, and compassion during such a critical time meant more than words can fully convey.

From monitoring every detail with precision to offering comforting words and reassurance, your dedication made an incredibly difficult experience more manageable. You not only cared for the medical needs but also brought humanity and heart to every moment of care.

It was clear that each of you is deeply committed to your work and to the well-being of your patients. Please know how much my family and I appreciate everything you did for us.

I'm shortly headed for Golden Jubilee Hospital for coronary bypass and although nervous of the service levels are as excellent as they were in ward 9 I shall soon be on my feet.

Special mentions to Julie, Sam (ward4), Ruaridh, and cardiologist Mr Robin and team. Also staff nurse Dorota

All the nursing staff and HCSW were amazing

With heartfelt thanks.

Dear venusjw98

Thank you for sharing such lovely feedback regarding the care you received during your recent stay in University Hospital Hairmyres. Your kind words will be shared with all the staff and departments that you mention as well as the wider teams.

Staff will appreciate your thoughtful comments as you have taken time to describe the care and support provided to you and your family. You have clearly been through a difficult time and of course will be anxious about the next phase of your treatment, yet you are thinking of others and sharing such valuable feedback.

I am sure you will continue to receive excellent care at the Golden Jubilee and I wish you all the best in your recovery.

Thank you for your kindness

Best wishes

Lise
