Couldn't find the "Urgent treatment centre". Made me panicky and stressed and tearful I would miss the appointment 111 had made for my son. We had parked at the bottom car park as I thought it was near there somewhere. Couldn't find it so walked to the main entrance. No one on the desk so used the interactive display. Realised from looking at the display we must have walked past it, but still wasn't sure. No one on the desk to clarify the instructions on the screen. Went outside in the direction I thought it was and ended up asking a health care worker (not sure if she was a nurse but she had a uniform). She very kindly told me where we needed to go and after a worried walk around the buildings we found it. The building is signed with "Macmillan Specialist Palliative and End of Life Care" (I took a picture as I was leaving). It's not until you are at the door that you see a paper sign on the window for Urgent Care (or similar). When we were walking past it earlier the sign wasn't obvious.
"Poor signage"
