"Unreliable "

I called a and e Southampton on Friday at 8am who confirmed that I will be referred to primary care . Called primary care at 9am on Saturday as no returned called after 1 hour the call went dead. Then I called to ask for returned call . Then they called and pressed green and phone went dead . Called again and was still no6 after 40min so called Southampton who then accepted to have me in . Practice called at 3.30pm on Saturday whilst I was in hospital . Since last time I used this service I will say it is unreliable for people . Please note eyesight is critical and should be triage in a quicker way. Finally I am concerned that people might not go for community of practice as medication prescribed is then classed as private so my pre prescription Charge cannot apply . I would like to understand on how national insurance work with this new system . Further details on this new system should be shared with taxpayer I am concerned that everything is privatised . Very concerned indeed as private insurance that I have cannot be used for to this eye condition as pre existing if there is an expectation for private insurance then this should be aligned to French system (for example)
