Waited all Day for a call from Haematology,and no one called or messaged me I took a Day off from work so as to be sure I was available to take the call Not Happy with the Poor Service.

Good afternoon,

I am very sorry to read that you didn't receive a call from our Haematology department, especially since you had taken a day off work as well. If you still have not heard from this department, I would suggest you get in touch with our Patient and Advice Liaison Service (PALS) who can contact the department directly on your behalf.
