"Very professional but also very nice"

About: Trauma & orthopaedics / Orthopaedic National Treatment Centre

(as the patient),

Arrived at hospital and was able to park in disabled spot outside department.  Greeted by receptionist who was very pleasant and helpful.

I was called up a bit early for my appointment and from then on guided through different areas to have the necessary tests carried out.  All the nurses, especially Jeanette and Doctor Howard were very professional but also very nice.

Overall I thought the hospital was very modern and clean, just what you would want when having treatment/ operations done.

Good morning

My name is Yvonne, I am the Senior Charge Nurse for the Orthopaedic Outpatient Department.

Thank you so very much for taking the time to leave such lovely feedback. It is so good to hear of your positive experience, this gives other patients confidence and reassurance when coming to our department and also reassures the staff that they are delivering excellent care. I will be sure to share this with Mr Howard, Jeanette and the wider team.

We strive to make our department welcoming and ensure the department is clean and safe for all patients and staff. I am really grateful for your feedback regarding this.

I wish you well on your orthopaedic journey and we look forward to welcoming you back for future care.

Kindest Regards

Yvonne and the NTC Team
