"Brilliant treatment"

I had pain relief injections today in the Day Case unit. The whole team were so relaxing and very funny which made the procedure so easy to bear. At the same time they were very professional and caring and showed great expertise. It's a great shame that you can't mention names but I understand the reasons.

My previous experiences have been exactly as I have written and it just shows that if you show the team your respect and try and make them laugh that will be reciprocated.

It must be very difficult for them to remain so professional and understanding given the amount of patients they have to deal with. I have the utmost respect for the whole team and I am very sorry that one of them is retiring.
