"Great GPs. Poor system and processes."

Staff are good and every GP I get to see is fantastic and worth their weight in gold. Unfortunately, the lengths you need to go to get an appointment is what lets the practice down. No online option for over 18s and if you're not the first few callers in the morning then you simply cannot get an appointment without calling 111 or using online GP service and getting a referral for an "urgent" appointment.
