"Vibrant Voices"

About: Ayrshire & Arran Community Services / Speech and language therapy

(as a relative),

I attend vibrant voices weekly with my mother & my friend’s 90year old mother who has dementia. Every week we come she will regularly say that she doesn't sing & she doesn't know the songs but, every week she remembers the words and sings along!

This group has been such a benefit to her. Her daughter says she is singing more in the house. She loves it. It’s a fabulous team lead by Fiona. We can’t thank them enough. They are so friendly & welcoming

Dear Jacfe99

Thank you so much for taking the time to share feedback on your healthcare experience with us via Care Opinion.

I am glad to hear that you, your mother and your friend’s mother have all found ‘Vibrant Voices’ to be so beneficial and the staff are so friendly and welcoming. It’s great to know that your friend’s mother remembers the words to the songs from one week to the next, even though she says she can’t sing.

Our staff really appreciate receiving feedback from their patients and their relatives and it will be my pleasure to share your kind comments with the Speech and Language Team and with Fiona in particular.

Please accept my best wishes and thank you once again for taking the time to acknowledge your care experience.

Kind Regards

Pamela
