I have a lifelong fear of blood tests so was absolutely terrified at having to give blood so spent several days feeling very very scared and nervous.

The phlebotomist was so lovely and understanding and quickly made me feel at ease - her technique was amazing and even though i was terrified it was not as scary as i imagined - big thanks for being so understanding and patient with me - am not looking forward to doing it again but if I have to then i would feel less scared and nervous if she was holding the needle!
