I am so grateful for the understanding and support I have received while managing my long covid. The patience, flexibility and empathy shown by the two amazing ladies from Post Covid service: Karen and Lizzy, have made such a difference, not just in my recovery but in feeling truly valued and supported.  Your expert guidance and compassion helped me build a routine at a pace that felt right for me.
