"Young Onset Dementia nursing assessment"

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

Telephone call received from patient to nurse following initial nursing assessment to say Thank you. Praise given for manner, empathetic and personable nature of the assessment, and also quality of information given. Patient and carer feel more informed, less worried and are now aware of the process and what is ahead. Patient was grateful for the honest nature of the conversation, practical tips given and the manner in which the ACE was carried out.

Always great to see positive feedback for hardworking staff and time taken to phone is very much appreciative.
