"Phone calls not returned"

About: Neurodiversity Services / North Lincolnshire ADHD team

(as a service user),

Ive recently been diagnosed with adhd and started medication i was meant to be reviewed 4 weeks later but was cancelled due to illness. The next appointment was nearly a month later. Now whilst ive been taken this medication ive had a few side effects which ive been ringing up wishing to speak to someone regarding them and i get told they'll pass message on and get some one to call no one ever calls and sends a text message about something i never asked so ive been getting very frustrated that am passed to Doncaster and no one calls back.

Hi I am Jo the Manager for the Team. I am sorry to hear that you have not received any follow up appointment to review your medications. Could you please send your name and date of birth to the below email address and I will look into this for you then update you with the outcome.
