"They all made me feel relaxed"

About: New Stobhill Hospital / Day Surgery

(as a service user),

Arrived at 8.00am and was met with caring staff that at all times were polite and reassuring. They all made me feel relaxed and settled pending my surgery.

Everything that was going to happen was explained in a timely fashion and all questions were answered clearly.

The operation went well and the results were once again explained clearly along with next steps.

I could not praise the nurses and doctors enough for my time in Day Surgery, Stobhill Hospital. What is a very traumatic time was made to be as pleasant as possible.
