I decided to do the Henry program when my health visitor suggested it to me and I had Karen come out to me to do it 1-1 with me as I currently don’t drive so It was very helpful that she was able to come to me.
I was struggling with a healthy lifestyle for myself and the family and the program was a real eye opener , informative and very helpful and I felt heard and understood throughout the sessions.

I wanted to take this opportunity to thank you for your wonderful feedback on the Henry programme, this helps inform and improve practice. It is also so nice to read such positive comments about our wonderful Henry facilitators and I am glad we were able to bring the programme to you at home.
At HENRY we support the whole family to make positive lifestyle changes, creating healthier, happier home environments, and building healthier communities.
