"Ballyowen Health Centre"

I had reason to contact Dr Chackravarty practice at Ballyowen HC recently regarding my son.  I wanted to acknowledge the kind and helpful receptionist who took my call and treated me with kindness and empathy when she could sense my worry. I am sorry I did not get her name but I want her to know that she made me feel listened to and reassured me about the process and that I would receive a call back from medical staff soon. 

I received a call back from Dr McMurray not long after who was amazing and listened to my concerns. Her plan of care was great and within an hour of us talking she had contacted me again to make me aware all the necessary referrals had been made and confirmed the date of a hospital appointment for my son. 

We often only hear the negative experiences with GP services these days and I wanted to acknowledge the excellent service I recieved from the reception staff and medical staff. I am very grateful to them all.
