I really can't think of any aspect of my appointment that could have been improved upon!
The two ladies, Cath and Michaela, who carried out my assessment were welcoming, efficient and happy to answer any questions I may have asked of them.
So my thanks to Cath and Michaela.
A gold star for each of them!
