About: Sidwell Street Clinic / Exeter Sexual Health

(as the patient),

The lady I saw for my appointment today was the most amazing woman, unfortunately didn't get her name but I suffer from mental health issues which can make me nervous and paranoid and she made me feel so at ease she related as she had worked in mental health before so dealt with me so well, she's a credit to this service. My last visit I was very concerned and anxious but she put me right at ease, offered me extra help if needed with previous experiences. Couldn't have wished for a better experience overall. I wish everyone who worked in this sector was as caring as she is!! So impressed and thankful :)

I answer phone calls from patients, book their appointments, find answers to their questions through liaising with clinicians, welcome patients and help where necessary. Plus admin duties.

Thank you so much for taking the time to let us know how impressed with our service you were. We do strive to care for everyone's mental health as we are aware of how anxious it can be, sometimes overwhelmingly so, to attend a clinic that deals with medical issues of such a personal nature.

I will pass your care opinion onto all our clinicians as it is so good to hear such positivity from patients like yourself. I hope our care for your needs in the future is as professional and supportive.
