About: Adult Mental Health Community / City East Local Mental Health Team (LMHT) Adult Mental Health Crisis Services / Crisis Team City

(as a service user),

I was in need of support due to mental health problem, I got help from lmht and they referred me to Highbury crisis team who come out most days to give me support and advice could not thank them enough for there help

just a big thank you to all

I also local support from my doctor and care support worker at lavender house, starting lithuim and other meds has made a big difference in my life

thank you all
