"Working with the family nurse services"

About: Community Services / Family Nurse Partnership

(as a service user),

I met my family nurse in my second trimester of pregnancy. As I had quite a difficult pregnancy, my family nurse provided much reassurance and resources for any worry or questions I had.

Once having my child, my family nurse was brilliant with providing help with my concerns of PPD. My family nurse was always available to discuss any issues that came up, always made me feel comfortable and understood.

Coming to the end of my time with my family nurse is a bittersweet as I’m sad to see her go but also happy as she has been amazing throughout the entire process.
