"Terrible practice"

Absolutely appalling practice.

My elderly parents, both in their 80’s are consistently told, “No appointments for another 2 weeks”

My father was put on strong antibiotics 30/4 for a reaction he had to the blood pressure tablets he was was put on. After 7 days of antibiotics there is still no change in his symptoms, which are swollen, burning, blistering skin that weeps on both his legs. He attended the practice today to see a gp as it is affecting him terribly, to be told the next appointment is 21 May 25! No questions asked, no alternative medical care offered! No phone call from a gp offered, Just simply told to come back in 13 days. It is an absolute disgrace and if I could complain to a higher level I would.
