No eye contact, no empathy, interest in patient or people skills. 

Kept referring me back to my own practice and telling me I have to discuss with my own GP.  

Was sent there as I was anxious about a diagnosis I received at my GP practice late that night and questions were unanswered. 

Well the next day was no better, I was no longer anxious but tired & angry! 

They also refused to let me wait while they tested my urine sample and wait for a prescription, as I knew I had a urine infection & high temperature, but insisted they would test in their own time and send me a prescription via text to collect from any pharmacy via the NHS Spine.
