Had pre op today my nurse was sarah she made me feel relaxed and answered questions i asked was nice to have a friendly chat went through everything im at ease for my operation

Thank you for taking the time to post your feedback, it is lovely to hear that your visit to pre-op was a positive one, we do as a team strive to make the process as patient centred as possible and its nice to hear that we are achieving this.
