"Crieff Carers Cafe"

About: Commissioned/Charity/Third Sector Services / Richmond Community - Community Activities Community Services / Services to Support Unpaid Carers Social Work Services / Crieff (South Locality) Social Work Team

(as a service user),

I attend the Crieff Carers Cafe every month and it is a fantastic resource. Various representatives from PKC, PKAVS, Dementia Care, Care Opinion etc. attend. It is a very friendly space where other attendees understand the challenges which you face as an unpaid carer. Special mention to Carers Support Worker, Gail of Perth & Kinross Council who is friendly, approachable, extremely knowledgeable and efficient.

hello Mags68

Thank you so much for telling us about your experiences at Crieff Carers Cafe. My name is Alison Gallacher and I work with the Strategic Lead for Carers supporting the Joint Carers Strategy.

We are glad that you enjoy the cafe and are making the most of the opportunities to meet with other carers and be supported by Karen and all the support services who attend.

Unpaid Carers are vital to the support of people in our communities and we are pleased that the cafe can give you the chance to meet with other carers and use the support you need.

Best Regards

Alison
