"I felt I could be open and honest"

About: Justice Teams / Lanark Justice Team

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

Being on my recent Community Payback Order has been a great help to me.

I experienced housing issues and my worker was able to provide ongoing support with this. I liked that I had to attend for Supervisions as it held me accountable to address what needed to be dealt with in my life.

It meant I couldn't bury my head in the sand. My worker was always there to help and I felt I could be open and honest with her.

I'm glad my Order is ending, but I'll miss the structure it gave me and my meetings with my worker.

Thank you very much for taking the time to share your feedback and experience with Lanark Justice Service. I am encouraged to hear of the positive experience that you have had so far whilst on Order. It it very important you feel you are listened to and helped by your supervising officer and any other staff involved and I am glad to hear that has been your experience thus far. I will ensure the Team are aware of your positive feedback, thank you again.
